Response:
You need a quit claim from your husband and yourself to your husband and yourself. The forms are easy to find and look misleadingly easy to do, but in fact it is a tricky business. You should not attempt it on your own.
You should be able to find a lawyer who will draft the deed for about $100, perhaps a bit more if you have him file the papers for you. It's well worth it because you can't afford to have it not done properly.
The lawyer can also advise you also about how to make sure that the status of the home continues to be homestead for real estate tax purposes.
You and your husband may also wish to consult about why you want to do this; is it a good idea for you. There may be issues involving inheritance rights, the outcome in the event of divorce, and even a question of estate taxes.
Good luck.
