I am 26 and sent a sexual related text to a coworker, who is 16. What kind of charges can be filed against me?

Although it is inappropriate and could result in ramifications to your employment, it is unlik,ely to result in a criminal charge. The age of consent in Minnesota is 16 and, without more, it would seem that no criminal offense has been committed.
