Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Minnesota
What is Harassment. Would I be harassing soneone if I send them emails asking themfor the money they owe me. I also need to know how I can get this money back.

It certainly would not be sexual harassment, which is where you posted your question. I am assuming this is a personal loan. You should write a letter demanding payment via certified mail. Inform the borrower that you may exercise your legal rights if payment is not made within 30 days.
If he doesn't pay consider conciliation court (i.e. small claims court). The Minnesota Judicial web site will have all the information and forms you need to proceed.
You can use email, but the person will probably delete it without even looking at it or block you.
