Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Minnesota
Three months ago, my ex-neighbour added me on facebook and we started talking. I was just being friendly, since he's friends with my dad and sometimes he used to come to our house. Then he sent me a picture of his p**** and wrote something like 'that's what I used to do in my free time when I was thinking about you'. I got really scared and 'blocked' him, then deleted everything. I'm 17 and he's about 40. My question: Is there anything I can still do about it, since I no longer have any proofs?

Stay off Facebook. No good has ever come from it.
While this is rude, and certainly uncalled for, I can not think of any law that has been violated, unless he tried to get you to come over to his house (luring minors).
Stay off Facebook.
