Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I have had 3 Driving after suspension violations in three years and one driving with out insurance, i just got a Driving After revocation. What should i be expecting as a sentance ?

You are likely charged with a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine. You would be wise to hire counsel. If convicted, a thirty (3) day sentence would not be unusual but that can often be avoided with aggressive representation.
