Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
my 19 year old got a speeding ticket in minnesota. the ticket has location of ticket 1/4 mile from where he recieved the ticket which is in a 35 mile zone, where he was pulled over was in a 55. the cop was infront of him not behind him. he has wittnesses but can he bring a affidavit to court or does he have to bring wittnesses?
does he have to disclose to county attorney evidence?
