Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I need help asap
I understand that you probably are very busy, but I NNED HELP ASAP since I am scheduled to be in traffic court TOMORROW MORNING at 8:50am. The situation is, I was pulled over a couple of weeks ago for speeding, I got let off with a warning for the speeding, but I was cited for no proof of insurance. I shortly thereafter realized that I did not have insurance at that time, part of the reason my insurance had lapsed is the fact that I am presently unemployed, and living on very limited funds, due to taking care of other bills (such as credit cards who harrassing me for payment) I did not have enough money to keep my insurance up to date, the day after the citation I did get payed and did get insurance, I at minimum want to keep this off my record, because I am looking for a position as a driver. Please respond as fast as possible, I have to be in traffic court this upcoming tomorrow at 8:45am.
Please advise on how to handle this matter.
Please either call my Cell phone @ 612-205-1940 or email me at [email protected]
P.S. Thank you in advance for your time and your advice.

Re: I need help asap
By now you have learned that if you can prove you now have insurance, they will probably give you a deal commonly known as a continuance for dismissal: Don't do it again for a year and the charges are dismissed.
If you were not offered such a deal, better call me right away. Something's not right. 952-544-6356.
