Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
If you let someone drive your car who's license is cancelled and they get stopped by police what happens to the person who's car it is.

Probably nothing, unless the driver was charged with additional violations or there were personal or property damage. If the owner is charged the state would probably have to prove that the owner knew or should have known that the driver's license was canceled.
