Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
Driving without insurance 2nd offense in MN
I just recieved my second driving without insurance in MN. And I recieved 2 Driving after suspension within one month. I was told that I will have to go to jail for 30 days. Is that true? Should I get a lawyer for these tickets? I got the insurance on my car and I got my liscense valid again. Thanks Maureen

Hard telling how much time you will do, but some is likely.
I would not face this without a lawyer if I were you.

The court will only be lenient for so long. If you hav a number of Driving After Suspension tickets, it is very likely jail time will be imposed if you are found guilty. Each ticket is a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to 90 days in jail.
You should retain counsel.
