Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
driving after license revocation
Can I be legally punished by allowing someone with a revoked (for DUI) drivers license drive my car? If so, to what extent?

Don't even think about it. That would be an extremely bad idea.
In the event of injuries or damages caused by the person driving with your permission, there would be a serious question as to whether your insurance coverage applied. If you were to ask your insurance people, they would point to a clause in your policy which prohibits such things. As the vehicle owner you are liable and with no insurance, good luck.
Worse yet, if this person gets another ticket, you could have the car seized by the state. Vehciles are seized at the time of a third offense, or at the time of a second offense when the breath reading is .20 or higher. Lots of second offenders get high breath scores, so before you let this person drive, kiss the car goodbye.
Most practicing alcoholics have a person in their life who enables their behaviour. My guess is that you have qualified for that role. I strongly recommend that you get yourself to the nearest Alanon meeting. Just the fact that you would ask a question like this leads me to suspect that you seriously need help yourself.
