Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
Driving on work permit after hours
i was driving and the stop light in front of me was starting to turn yellow but i was close enough to turn safely, I did so and got pulled over for turning right on a red light where it was marked you couldn't on red, and he ran my licence and found i was on a work permit out of work range, is there any way to fight this, because he had no reason to pull me over.

Of course you can fight it, but don't expect that to be cheap.
You could start by measuring the distance between the bottom of the no turn on red sign and the pavement. There's regulations and if it does not comply, that is grounds for dismissal.
Good luck.
