Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
My legal residency?
Currently I attend college in the state of my legal residency. I was wondering that if the police officer wrote my address where I live at college but not the address on my license if that is my correct residency?

Re: My legal residency?
The address on the ticket does not invalidate the ticket even if it is incorrect. In other words, whether it is the address you gave the officer for college or the address listed on your license, the ticket would remain valid.
