Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
Officer wrote me a ticket for speeding but the county she stated it happened in was wrong. I paid the ticket to said county and a week later my payment was sent back along with a 'new ticket' issued from the correct county this time with a letter stating that the officer had written the ticket from the wrong book. Can I fight this and win?
