Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I parked my car in the driveway of my mother's home and when i came out my car had been towed. They claim it was blocking the sidewalk when that is not true. What can i do to solve this problem because they expect me to pay the towing fee? They stated the police had my car towed how can they do that on private property?

Pay the towing fee and get the car back. My guess is that it will cost you more money fighting with the City, than just paying the towing fee.
