Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
Parking lot
I was Backing out of a parking lot and another car behind me backed into me we hit bumper to bumper he admited it was his fault since I was backed out more and he backed out with out looking,The insurance company (Progressive) came and did an estimate that was about 50.00$ cheaper than the Auto bodyshop quoted me they said because their labor prices were less and they are offering me 60%of cost, they said ther is no right of way in a parking lot but since I was backed out further they would offer 60% instead of 50%,Should I except this offer? The shops quote was 451.82, Progressives quote was 375.72, They are offering to pay 225.43.

Re: Parking lot
I'd take the offer if I were you. The effort it would take to do better isn't worth it.
