Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I purchased a vehicle in MN in Febuary from a dealership. 7/28/10 I was pulled over for the tint being over legal limits which was on the vehicle when purchased. Since in MN it is unlawful to sell a vehicle with illegal glazing who should be held responsible for the ticket cost and removal? I have asked the dealer and had no responce as of yet.

The driver is responsible for the ticket to the state. Whether there is a claim for breach of contract with teh seller depends on the terms of the sale.
