No reason for pull-over
tonight my fiance and I were Pulled over tonight, I asked the police officer what the reasoning was and he did not say one word is this legal? do police officers have to have a reason to pull you over?

A police officer must have a reasonable, articulable suspicion of a particularized criminal offense in order to stop a vehicle. Any ionfraction of the law, regardless of how slight, may support such a stop.

Did you receive a ticket? If so, there may be grounds to challenge it if the officer had no reason to stop you. H
