Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I recently received a citation for speeding. I know I did it, not disputing that. First in 35 yrs or so. I need a clean record. Can I claim no same or similar and have it dissappear in a year? Or any other way to make this go away?

Possibly. Depends on how fast. Depends on location and jurisdiction. You can consult with and potentially retain a lawyer to help you. Feel free to give me a call or an email.
