Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
Out of resident state ticket.
Can Minnesota do anything about a speeding ticket to an Iowa resident? If I don't pay it, what would happen?

If you don't pay it they will issue a bench warrant for your arrest and then someday somewhere you will get arrested and your life will be a lot more difficult than it is right now. So just pay the ticket, OK?
