Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
speeding tickets license suspension
I'm from MN and was wondering how many speeding tickets can a person get in a year before their license is suspended. I was told it was 4 and on the 3rd one you will get a letter warning you about getting one more. I've gotten 4 now and was not notified about losing my licnese if I got one more. Will my license be suspended without notice?

The answer depends on the nature of the ticket and teh time between them. However three citations within a 12 month period generally result in a suspension.
