Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
I was told by an ex cop that in the 90's it was found by either the state supreme court (MN) or the federal courts that it was a violation of a citizen's rights for a cop to just run your plates without any probable cause. I just need the case reference and if it has been overturned.
I'm sorry that i didn't find you guys sooner because my court date is Thursday morning. If you can help you'll get a lot of free advertising from me.
