Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota

travelling 58-59 mph on 2 lane road. vehicle on right waiting to cross road pulled out in front of me (app. 20 ft away) I t-boned him. He told all witnesses and officers that he didn't see me and it was his fault. Bottom line: I was in shock and refused to go to hospital. Nothing broken just badly bruised. I have no insurance, my car is totaled and in a lot somewhere (I don't know where). I was unable to work for a week and so; no wages, and to top it off I have no information other than whatever is on the police report that the officers told me I could get in a couple days and not to worry about anything. However I can only get the report in person between 8 am and 5 pm mon. thru fri. AND I even have to pay for that! Do I have a case against the other driver? Can I get any kind of help with this?
