vacating a stay of esecution of sentence
I had been ordered to pay restitution and have been unable due to unemployment and now the state is vacating my probation what does this mean?

Re: vacating a stay of esecution of sentence
When you were sentenced, the Judge stayed jail time conditioned onyou following the terms of probation which would include payment of restitution. If restitution remains unpaid, the Court may claim that you are in violation of that probation and seek all or part of any jail sentence previously stayed.
