Vehicle title papers not transferred by buyer
i sold a car in may to a person and that person has not transferred the title papers yet. i am getting ''expired registration'' tickets in my mail since he has not bothered to pay those either. i cannot locate the proof of sale slip also. what should i do?

Go to a vehicle transfer office - you know the one nearest you - and tell them you want to do a "forced transfer."
Once that's done you should be able to deal easily with the tickets.
For this you have to have the name and address of the person who bought the car. You do have that don't you?
