Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
If I have a warrant for an outstanding fine I didn't pay (No Insurance violation), is there a way I can just pay whatever I owe and not have to turn myself in? I've owed the money for over 4 years now, I just want to get it taken care of while I have enough money to do so. Are some courts understanding enough to make a deal of some kind?

You should call the court and schedule a hearing. You would likely show up, appear in front of the Judge, pay your fine and the warrant would be quashed. The best way to handle the situation is to hire a local attorney to resolve the issue because things don't always go perfect with court, it could largely depend on the Judge.
