Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
wrong info written on ticket/no speed given
one ticket is false for starters but we'll deal with that our own but the date written on ticket is for the wrong day. can we use that to our advantage? got another ticket the following day for speeding but does not say how fast auto was traveling, also does not say what posted speed limit is. can we use that to our advantage also? if we cannot afford to pay, what are our options. sorry so many questions at once but felt they were in conjuntion with eachother.

Picking at little errors like that usually gets folks nowhere.
Sounds as if you are accumulating so many moving violations that you may be about to have your license cancelled.
You need to 1) hire a lawyer; 2) deny everything and schedule them for trial; and 3) hope your lawyer can get some of the charges dismissed (enough to save your license) in exchange for a guilty plea to one of the others.
Good luck.
