Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Beneficiary Rights

I am one of six beneficiaries of my father's trust. I think the executors is using trust funds for her own personal expenses. Can I ask for an accounting of the trust? If so, how do I go about doing this, and what can I ask for?

Re: Beneficiary Rights

Yes you can. You will have to petition the Court for an accounting. Once you do that, the trust will be subject to the Court's annual accounting. Call me or contact your attorney.
