Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota
If I was convicted for a minor offense before my sentencing for a felony offense (and the felony went through smoothly), can I get into trouble from my probation officer for a probation violation even though I wasn't on probation at the time? My conviction for the minor offense came after I was on probation for the felony, so that is my only concern.

Based on the facts presented, it does not appear that it would be a probation violation. It could have violated the terms of your release (i.e. remain law abiding while the felony was pending), but it looks like you avoided that problem.
