death of father no wife
died with no will there are 2 married girls. The one girl has power of attorney there is a house left worth about $40,000 and a car worth about $3,000 will it have to go to probate

Since he died without a Will it means he died "intestate." Since there is property to be disposed of and there are surviving children it will have to go through probate.
You should discuss this with a lawyer.
