Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

My father-in-law owns a farm. My sister-in-law has terminal cancer and has 3 kids. Is it a law that her share of the farm automatically goes to her three kids?

Re: estate/family
No.
Your sister in law should get herself to an attorney and make a will and do some quick estate planning. Her husband will need to participate in the planning for the best results.
