Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

My husband and I are partial beneficiaries to an estate from his grandfather who past away almost 2 years ago. Two of my husband's sisters are living on each of the properties included in the estate-they are not paying rent, insurance, or taxes. The will specifically stated that if anyone lives on the property they are to pay rent to the estate, but the lawyer is simply not enforcing this-what can we do?

You may want to consider hiring your own lawyer. This probably isn't up to the estate lawyer but the personal representative. However, the "estate" lawyer has a conflict in forcing the personal representative to do anything, which is why you'd want your own lawyer.
