legal heir of estate where there is no will
Father died with no will Iam his biology daughter, but his siblings are against me getting anything, what are my rights.

You should retain an attorney to start a probate (assuming there are assets to distribute). Under the laws of intestacy you would inherit sooner than your uncles and aunts.
Obviously there may be other facts that would change that, which is why you should retain an attorney.
