Life insurance annuity
hello,
5 years ago my husband died at age 43. since then ive been a victum of identity theft, virtually loosing everything I own. my husband was misdiagnosed with asma and had heart disease. I settled out of court and part of it was set up in an anuity life insurance whom my attorney set up. I want to know if I can change it and how?

Re: Life insurance annuity
It is not entirely clear what your situation is from your message. It may be possible to change the annuity, but you may need court approval, renegotiation of terms, or some other legal assistance. You should consult an attorney who works near where you live.
