Living Trust - AB Disclaimer

Question is regarding setting up an AB Disclaimer Living Trust I am married and have two homes that I will need to transfer to the Trust. Is there a reason/benefit to have one home in my wife's name in the Trust and the other home in my name in the Trust? I reside in Minneasota dn both homes are in Minnesota. Or should both homes be in both names in teh Trust? Does it matter?

I am not entirely sure I understand your question, and I don't think I know enough about your situation. How old are you and your wife? What is the value of your assets? When was your trust created? I have a number more questions that I'd want answered before I rendered any advice.
