Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota
Is there any problem with grandchildren being witnesses on their grandmothers will?

It is probably not a good idea to have anyone named in the will to be a witness. It would make the will easier to contest. The grandmother would be better off having people who are not related to her and have no interest in the will be witnesses.
