realestate in probate

I am purchasing a house with the attorney being the personal respresentative of the deceased, it will have to go through probate, do I need an attorney myself?

Having an attorney review the documents (purchase agreement, title commitment after the purchase agreement is accepted, etc.) would give you peace of mind at not very much of a cost.
