telling untruths in probate court

is there a statue of limitations regarding last wills and testaments when the executor lied in probate court and the final accounting of the estate.

There would be a couple of possible time periods, but they would be very short -- for instance, under Rule 60 of the Rules of Civil Procedure the time would be one year. However, you should get into court AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, because there are other, shorter, time periods.
