Trustfund benefits
My brother and myself are entitled to a trust fund whom my aunt is trustee of,there is no money just the farm land,does she have the right to decide if she want's to sell it or not? The money is set up so that it is to be used for education until age 25 when we can have the rest of the share.

Is the land being rented lying idle or what. Is it being used to fulfill the purpose of the trust? What does the trust document say? Is there a probate? What is the status of the probate? Is she bonded?
