Voiding an Existing Will
In what ways can an existing will be legally voided?

The only person who can void it is the person who made it. If that person has died, it is too late.
The person who made it can tear it up, burn it, flush it down the toilet, take a pen and put a big X on each page - anything that indicates a desire to cancel the document should do, but destroying it would be best.
OR he or she can make a new will. Every will I do starts off with a provision saying that all previous wills are revoked.
