Will or Living Trust

Hi,

My in-laws had 2 children and 1 just passed. They are concerned that the surviving husband will take their will to court (not a nice fellow) after they pass.

What vehicle should they use to give money to their grandchildren (they've selected age 25) but NOT allow the husband to know of this or be able to drag the will through court when they pass.

There are a number of things they could do. They should speak to an estate planning attorney right away.
