Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota
Wills & Estate Planning
I spend 5 months in Arizona and have property there with a mobile home on it. Do I make my will and plan my estate in Minnesota where I live for 7 months or in Arizona where the property is?

You should do you will and plan your estate in the state where you live. There is a procedure in probate codes to deal with out of state property. I am guessing that you live in Minnesota, but it is not entirely clear to me based on the e-mail that you do live in MN.

Re: Wills & Estate Planning
In all probability an estate administered from Minnesota could handle a mobile home in Arizona. If Minnesota is your primary residence, get a will in place here.
Then next time you are in AZ, consult a lawyer there and show him or her the will you did here. Just to make sure.
