Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

My mother passed away a year ago.My brother was put in charge of all her affairs. I don't she left a will but I have not seen it. They are also two sisters involed . One sister got the house which we knew was going to happen. I mothr had talk about different things and money going to my children. I have not seen the will or any of the papers she left including her death certifcate. Is they any Minnesota law that can help me? Or will I have to force probate?
