I need to obtain a copy of a will concerning my deceased uncle, from another state?

If you know the law firm that made the Will you can contact them to see if they have a copy.

If the probate process has started you can request a copy through the PR.

You can check the real estate your uncle owned and see if the will was ever filed with the recorder on that property for some reason.
