Herniated back injury
I had herniated disk on L5-S1 due to heavy lilfting at work and WO examiner blamed probably due to degeneration back or age related?
They also denied WO due to wrong injured date on my accident report.

With primary denials of liability, your only option is to file a claim petition. You should retain an attorney to assist you. WC attorney fees are contingency fees, so there is no cost to you unless something is recovered.
