Can an adult with a develpmental disability get unemployment compensation if laid off and get SSI?

Yes, s/he could be entitled to unemployment. However, the SSI would be reduced.
I'm not sure how much they reduce for unemployment - for actual EARNINGS, SSI is reduced about $1 for every $2 earned (incentive to work). They might reduce dollar-for-dollar for unemployment, however.
