Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota
workers comp
If I am hurt at work and need to get stiches or something, my work will only pay my ER visit but they say that I need to cover the time away from work with my own personal vacation time. Is this legal? I thought they must pay for everything?

Generally, wage loss is only paid if the disability causes you to lose three days of work. at least, that is the position the Insurers take. Your handbood might provide you other rights. So, check that out.
