harassment

a board member and an employee took papers from my office to build a case to try to get me fired. i have been harassed with statements. They were found out by the rest of the board. What are my rights?

The corporation and you have different rights. Your rights include not being harmed someone intentionally or negligently directly and foreseeable cause. Someone is negligent when he fails to act as a reasonable prudent person would in like or similar circumstances.
