Legal Question in Administrative Law in Mississippi
I was hired to schedule people which days they woked. i had a person
that needed off and i got it approved by the owner and the person
that worked that regular day and i thought it was approved-each
gave their approval. when the person went to work that day the
regular prson and owner were there. the owner stated i thought you
worked sat. and sun. and the regular person stated that was her day. i was called by the person and she stated she had to leave. i
called the owner and he would not let me talk to the person that
it was her regular day-i said i gave my word i will just come up
there. the owner called me and stated he would be at his daughters
office if i wanted to talk to him. i went to the house and the doors were locked alnd this black girl came out screaming at me and shaking her fist in my face and all the yard men growded around
and some painters and carpenters alnd they all witnessed this-no
respect-threating me and told me to get off the property-i have
never been treated this way! is this grounds for a lawsuit to be
subjected to this type behavior? one person ask me why did i take that and i said well she probably had a knife or razor blade on her,
but i have never got physical with anyone.

Someone welling at you and asking you to leave does not rise to the level to justify any lawsuit in my opinion
