Legal Question in Banking Law in Mississippi
My parents added me to their checking account to assist them with transactions as needed over a year ago, the bank has deducted $500 plus dollars from their account stating that it's from an old collection that I had with the bank more than 8 years ago. This is not my account,is this legal?

Probably not. Sounds like someone garnished the account, possibly wrongfully.
