Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Mississippi

Procedures to follow for a dismissal

I would like to know what procedures do you need to follow if you want to get a chapter 13 dismissed, do your car payments go back to being the same as before the bankruptcy go back to being what they were before the bankruptcy was filed, and do you have to pay up your arreareages on your home, and how long after the dismissal do you have to pay up the arreareages. Thank You

Procedures to follow for a dismissal

Before you consider having your Chapter 13 dismissed, you need to contact your creditors and work out a repayment arrangement satisfactory to both of you. If you don't do that, your creditors can foreclose once the Chapter 13 is dismissed and you can lose everything.

Discuss this matter with the attorney who filed your Chapter 13 for you.
